Everything perfect! Rooms, food, service, beach, location. Friendly staff, professional service. Great beachfront location with free umbrellas and seats. Clean rooms with modern look. Quiet village atmosphere.

Good 3* hotel, not a new one. The room was cleaned every morning and breakfast was ok for a 3*. The hotel is lockated rather far from the centre of Caorle. But we liked this lockation without crowded streets and no noise from the outside. The hotel has a small garden and a private beach with free umbrellas and sun lounger. A girl at the reseption desk spoke rather good English and German.

The price is a little bit high. The shower cabin was rather old, so when we were having shower the water was running on the floor. As a resut, it was wet in the bathroom all the time. The hotel is lockated perpendicularly to the sea line, so you do not have full sea view from the balcony. No free wi-fi in the hotel.

The location was great and couldn't have been any closer to the beach. The breakfast buffet was pretty good but not many choices compared to other hotel buffets. Manager was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome.

The room had an unpleasant, moldy smell. The air conditioning didn't work right and had to keep being turned on every few minutes. The bathroom was extremely small and the door couldn't be opened without banging into the toilet. Ok hotel but for cost we were disappointed.

The hotel is located on the beach, providing stunning ocean views. It is very close to the city centre, making it an ideal location for exploring the town. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, and the staff is friendly and professional.

The room is tiny, making it challenging to move around. The bathroom lacks space for hanging towels, and the beds are hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the location right on the beach. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided. The rooms have a nice view, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast offered is exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Located just a stone's throw from the beach, this hotel is a perfect spot for some fun in the sun. The recreational facilities are top notch, including a great swimming pool and bicycles available for use. Breakfast was good and had a long service period, which was very convenient for those that like to sleep in a little later. Plenty of restaurants were available nearby, across the street.

Some issues did dampen our experience, such as the small rooms which left no space for our suitcases and the uncomfortable pillow and mattress. Plus, the cleaning staff woke us up early in the morning since there were no “do not disturb” signs available and maintenance issues like old gym equipment and an ancient TV let down the modern look of the hotel.

Great food options for breakfast and dinner, and the staff was friendly. Good location close to the beach and also had a nice swimming pool. Enjoyed the comfortable beds and loved the fact that the hotel was children-friendly.

The room was too small to move around and the bathroom was extremely cramped. the air conditioning unit was very noisy and not functional.

We loved the hotel's location super near to the sea, making it easy for us to reach the beach and enjoy the breathtaking views. The hotel facilities were fantastic, from the good swimming pool, bicycles available for rent, to the covered parking for free. The staff were friendly, exceptional, and professional, especially the lady who attended to us. The cleanliness of this hotel was unparalleled, making our stay comfortable. Breakfast was also top-notch, available for long periods, making it easy to have a lie-in.
